Michelle Robinson

Hello! My name is Michelle Robinson, and I am a Grade 6 Teacher here at Dr. Roy Wilson Learning Centre. I am very excited to begin my fifteenth year as a teacher here at WLC! I began my teaching career in Thompson, Manitoba, where I had the opportunity to teach in the same classroom I attended Grade 6 in. After five years of living in the snow and ice, my family and I moved to Medicine Hat and I began teaching in Medicine Hat for School District #76. Before being presented with the opportunity to teach at WLC, I was a Grade 5 and 6 teacher at George Davison School.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my daughter Kayla and my husband Ryan. We love to take walks with our dog Sasha. Sasha is our big Newfoundland dog, tipping the scales at a 104 pounds! I am an avid Ringette player, and enjoy coaching my daugher's Ringette team as well.I am definitely looking forward to an exciting year here at WLC! I know we will have many surprises, laughs, and tremendous learning experiences along the way!

Let's have a great year!
