School Council meetings are the 2nd Wednesday of September, October, November, February, April and June at 6:30 p.m. All parents/guardians are welcome. 

If you have specific concerns that you would like brought up at the meeting, please email Brigette at least a week before the meeting so she can add it to the Agenda.

In addition to the School Council, there is a separate incorporated non-profit society that is responsible for raising funds for the School Council. Think of it like the "fundraising committee". The following people are elected officers and appointed chairpersons of the Dr. Roy Wilson Community Association (WLC CA):

Unlike school council meetings that are "town hall style" the board of the WLC CA has full control and management of the association. There is an Annual General Meeting in June when the new board is elected and regular meetings of the members will only be called when input of the membership is requested.
